DESCRIPTION:Cette conférence examinera la corrélation entre les modèles de peuplement et le paysage de l’arrière-pays de Sidon en Phénicie. L’étude des deux agglomérations rirales; Jihey (Porphyreon) et Chhim\, l’une située au pied du Mont Liban\, l’autre au bord de la mer\, montre de façon convaincante comment deux bourgs séparés par une distance de quelques kilomètres seulement peuvent être différents en termes de matériaux de construction\, d’organisation spatiale du village ou de l’habitat et du rôle joué dans le système économique local. \nAfficher le programme
